# WhyLeft

WhyLeft is a product for SaaS founders and small teams. It answers the question
churn analytics cannot: not how many customers left, but why each one did, in
their own words, while they still remember.

  enforced in code, and every email carries RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe.
- WhyLeft does NOT do retention interception: no save-offers, no discount

- Automated AI processing never receives a customer's name or email address —
  only reply text and non-identifying metadata.
